SHIPPING & PRE ORDER POLICY
This policy applies to all orders placed with JLUX Hair.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
1. UK SHIPPING
1.1 Free Next Working Day Delivery
- Free next working day delivery is available on all in stock UK orders.
- Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday.
- Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
1.2 Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available for an additional £15.
2. PRE ORDERS
By placing a pre order with JLUX Hair, you agree to the following terms.
2.1 Pre Order Timeframe
- Pre orders typically take 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Delivery times may vary due to vendor processing, manufacturing, and shipping timelines.
2.2 Non Refundable Deposit
- All pre orders require a £100 deposit, which is non refundable if you choose not to complete the purchase.
- This deposit covers costs incurred and reduces the final selling price should the wig be offered to another customer.
This deposit will be refunded only if JLUX Hair is unable to supply the pre ordered item.
2.3 Purchase Decision Period
- Once your pre ordered wig arrives, you will be contacted.
- You have 3 calendar days from the date of notification to confirm whether you wish to complete the purchase by paying the remaining balance.
- If no decision is made within this period, JLUX Hair reserves the right to release the wig for general sale and the deposit will be forfeited.
2.4 Order Commitment
- Pre orders are placed specifically for you.
- Pre orders cannot be altered, transferred, or applied to another product once placed.
By completing a pre order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
3.1 Shipping Options
- Standard International Shipping: £11.99 (up to 7 working days)
- Express International Shipping: £50 (1 to 3 working days)
Customers must contact us with their order number to arrange express shipping.
3.2 Customs and Import Duties
- Any customs charges, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- JLUX Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
4. ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- JLUX Hair is not responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. MISSING, LOST, OR DAMAGED PARCELS
- If a parcel is missing, lost, or arrives damaged, JLUX Hair will submit a compensation claim with Royal Mail on your behalf.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after Royal Mail confirms the outcome of the claim.
This does not affect your statutory rights. JLUX Hair remains responsible for the order until delivery is completed in accordance with UK consumer law.
