• The wig can be worn without glue and is supplied factory finished unless extra customisation is confirmed before dispatch.
• Knot bleaching is optional and available at no additional cost on request.
• Additional professional plucking is a paid service and must be selected or confirmed before dispatch.
• Styling, including straightening, hot combing and baby hairs, is an additional service available only on professionally plucked wigs. Styling is not carried out on unplucked wigs.
• Images may show wigs that have been styled or customised. Standard customisation takes up to five working days. Urgent orders may limit the customisation available.
